Tasting note

We harvest a few grapefruits from our garden every year. This provides just enough to give the floral, earthy Recipe No. 5 its lovely Citrus Paradisi note. The gin notes are paired with subtle Pinot fruit aromas and spicy-sweet oak wood notes. It's a real treat, whether served as a long drink or neat.
